Select the dates and trip options that work for you. A booking request will be sent to your guide to approve within 24 hours. You will not be charged until your guide approves the trip. Once approved, you’ll get a confirmation email that you’re good to go!

Tidal Trip provides a comprehensive platform for ocean-based adventures, dedicated support, and a focus on sustainability, we aim to create memorable travel experiences each and every one of our guests.

Each and every trip is unique and that's where the beauty is! We have partners from all walks of life from 5 star resorts to camping surfairies. But generally your arrival day will be a no activity day with some time to get used to your surrounding and then the next day you dive right in.

The majority of properties will have internet connection but the stability of that line might not always be reliable. If you have specific connectivity needs we suggest contacting the host directly before making a booking.

Some venues will provide half or even full board along with your stay - you can find this information in the venue listing.

Please do let your host know if you have any specific dietry requirments

Well that depends on your adventure! We always recommend taking a reusable water bottle, reef safe suncream or zinc along with appropriate clothing for the activities you have planned. If you need to know more please ask our team or your host and we'll try to guide you the best we can.

Most venues will provide the equipment needed for your activity - you can find this information in the venue listing.

For some of the venues you will need to have a certain amount of experience, others will be catered to those who are just starting out. You can contact us or the host to find out more information.

This will all depend on how busy the venue is and what their booking limits are.

We define 4 levels of standard cancellation policies that apply to all retreats purchased on our site - detailed information can be found in our terms and conditions

You can request a cancelation directly with your host through your booking on your account.

Once you create your account and submit all of your documents it will take our team no longer the 1 business day to review everything and get back to you.

We're here to help you generate more business any way we can, plus we've been in this space for nearly 20 years in other industries so we're not going anywhere!

When you set up your account you'll have to submit some personal details along with company documentation. This is just to make sure everyone listing on the platform is legit, the last thing we want is to have fake listings flooding the homepage.

Once your account is approved you'll be able to start creating your listings and activities. We always recommend providing as much detail as possible along side high resolution images of your property and activities. If you need some help with imagery please do reach out and we'll try to help!

Ideally you are including a day to day schedule of what a stay with you would look like, what is included in the price, what is not included and the best way to get to your venue whether that be by plane, train or horseback. But don't worry when we're reviewing your listings we'll reach out to get her any more information we feel is needed for the listing.

Once you have completed your listing you will need to submit it for review, this is where our team will go through and make sure you have everything set up correctly, once it has been reviewed we will either contact you for more information or publish it straight away. This review process may take up to 2 business days depending on how many listings we have coming in on any given day.

We do not permit the promotion of any solutions that may hinder Tidal Trip as a business or anything that does not comply with our Terms and Conditions

As we grow we will be sending out more frequent emails to our database and the aim is to include our hot and upcoming venues to our whole database. If you have any content you are happy for use to share please send us all the content you want in high resolution to the help center and we would love to send that out through our channels.

We recommend including as much detail about your listing as possible and providing high resolution imagery that can give potential guests a true idea of what they can expect from your venue. Try to include the rooms, the setting, some of the meals and most importantly images of the activities you provide!

Yes we do have paid placements across Tidal Trip please reach out to the help center to receive a rate card.

Once your booking has been completed you will have access to the fund collect in your account, please note we make settlement payments fortenightly with a minimum balance of USD500

Absolutely nothing! It's completely free to list your venues on Tidal Trip and we only charge a 5% commission on successful bookings that you can track right from your dashboard.

When you submit a booking request you will be charged in full, if the host declines the booking of does not accept within 7 days you will be refund in full automatically. If the host accepts your funds will be held on behalf of the host.

When you are listing your property we ask that you input your price per night by room type, you have the opportunity to add additional items and activities to your listing so take advantage of those too! As we are not tax registered in every country around the world we cannot charge tax for you so this is something you will need to include in your final prices.
