On this 7 nights/8 days liveaboard trip we will explore the highlights of the popular Classic West Komodo National Park and then take you to the remote area of West Komodo and East Sumbawa. We have exclusive knowledge of the area and absolute privacy during that half of the trip is almost guaranteed. Underwater, expect vibrant coral reefs, manta rays, large pelagics, macro dive sites as well as a bubbling active volcanic reef. Salty Jackal provides a cozy and complete surf house: a 5-bedroom house, centrally located in Swakopmund, that boasts a welcoming atmosphere. The international multilingual team, fluent in English, German, Italian, Dutch, and Afrikaans, ensures a warm and inclusive environment.

The Camp:

The surf camp facilities include Fiber Optic Wi-Fi (50 Mbps), safe parking, and a fully equipped self-catering kitchen. Guests can unwind with activities like table tennis, a mini-gym, or relax in the hammocks. 

The Activities:

During your stay, you'll get at least 5 surf days with 1-2 sessions daily. And if conditions allow we'll surf even more! On your arrival, you'll be welcomed by a homemade international dinner.

The following nights we'll be organizing a Swakopmund city tour on foot and beer tasting, a desert sunset tour, and stargazing night, where we'll be driven far from the coast to walk on the moon and experience the breathtaking view of the milky way while enjoy healthy Namibian platters and a few drinks.

Whether you’re a beginner or an intermediate surfer, you’ll get the guidance and tips you need to improve your skills on a daily basis. Ohana Surf Morocco is led by pro surfer Yassin, who has years of experience and is passionate about sharing his knowledge with others.

The Accommodation:

Our beautiful home is located in Banana Village, an authentic Moroccan Berber village, situated near the Atlantic Ocean around 15km north of Agadir. It’s a calm, local village - just a 5 to 10-minute drive to the famous surf spots Tamraght and Taghazout.

The Surf:

Every morning after breakfast the instructors will take you to the best spots to ride waves that will be adapted to your level. For beginners or intermediates, we adapt our coaching and the spots depending on the level but also on the conditions. Learning materials are also included and will fit perfectly to your level of surfing and put you in the best conditions to succeed and improve.

Each day will start with 2 hours of surf coaching where your instructor will come in the water with you and help you catch waves, followed by a 2 hours free session, after a nice lunch, where you will get to practice what you've learned in the morning.
