If you want to try scuba diving, but you’re not quite ready to take the plunge into a scuba certification course, you can try this half-day experience called Discover Scuba Diving in a pool or pool-like environment, with an optional open water dive. It’s a quick and easy way to find out if you like scuba diving.

This course includes a manual, 5 dives, and the PADI Advanced Diver Certification.

Choose from a range of advanced skills to take your ability to the next level. Besides extending your depth range to 30 metres/ 100ft, we can introduce you to night diving, wreck diving, improve your underwater navigation, or transform the rest of your dive life by turning you into a buoyancy guru.

Of course you can also go to the neighboring Sorido Bay Resort, where the rooms are air-conditioned. However, you also have to pay for that. The rooms are simple, open plan, warm salt water shower. However, the location and the view are unsurpassed. The service is simply excellent, everyone is always friendly and helpful. What is worth mentioning for us: we were there as snorkelers and were still treated the same as the divers: our own guide, briefing in advance. Extra excursions just for snorkelers. As a regular guest I am coming here for the 9th time, and have already booked for next year, the 10th time. One week at Kri Eco Resort and one week at Sorido Bay Resort. To me it just feels like…. go home. Both Papuan dive resorts are great, the food is great and all the diving options are great. They also have many recreational options besides scuba diving. Also thank you to all the great and friendly staff members who made your stay unforgettable. FAQs

When you submit a booking request you will be charged in full, if the host declines the booking of does not accept within 7 days you will be refund in full automatically. If the host accepts your funds will be held on behalf of the host.

You can request a cancelation directly with your host through your booking on your account.

This will all depend on how busy the venue is and what their booking limits are.

For some of the venues you will need to have a certain amount of experience, others will be catered to those who are just starting out. You can contact us or the host to find out more information.

Most venues will provide the equipment needed for your activity - you can find this information in the venue listing.

Well that depends on your adventure! We always recommend taking a reusable water bottle, reef safe suncream or zinc along with appropriate clothing for the activities you have planned. If you need to know more please ask our team or your host and we'll try to guide you the best we can.
